Can I refuse a flower shipment when the fed ex truck delivers?

My EX b/f cheated. Now he is sending red roses which I do not want. Can I refuse to accept them when the fed EX truck arrives?

what will happen to the roses? Will he get a refund.? I simply do not want them

yeah...i wouldnt accept them either...when they deliver them just simply tell them the guy is a creap and to bring them back. he will probably have to still pay for them, but who really cares. good for you. stand strong :)
Reply:Haha, yes, I'd take them from the delivery guys' hands and cut them all up and throw it in the backyard/woods, if he calls to ask if u like them I'd tell him "well I enjoyed tearing them all up and tossing them out like u did my heart, but nice try anyways" then hang up.



But I don't think he'd get a refund if you simply sent them back they will just show up at his doorstep and he'd probably be pretty pissed off that u didn't accept them.....

Reply:drop em off at a hospital and tell them to give it to someone that would want them, thats what i did when i got get well flowers in a hospital out of state when i got my appendix removed but didnt want to take them with me on the plane back to my home state

Reply:Yes, you can refuse them. Just tell them return to sender. They'll return to him and he loses postage money he paid but gets the flowers back. Good luck!
