Is there one reliable online florist that delivers worldwide?(no double charges, no time delay, no scam)?
Can't help you with on-line florist, but what I have done in the past is contact a florist in the city the person lives in...get the info on-line...call them and arrange to have the flowers delivered...I feel better about talking to local people.
