Looking to have delivered a bouquet of flowers to my niece. She lives in Manila. Any Manilaians ( is that the right word ? sorry if not ) that can give a recommendation of a florist that has a web site that I can order through? Or any interesting web sites that deliver that has products that would be suited for a 16 year old girl? Thanks so much
