Do you think it's still romantic to get flowers (roses) delivered to your girlfriend on Valentines Day or is it just embarassing? And why?
Valentines Day...?
In the theme of Valentine's Day - "romance" - the thought that you went out of your way to have flowers sent to her will put you #1 on her list. Girls love to be sent flowers at work. Go for it! She will love them... and you!!
Happy Valentine's Day!!
Reply:I think it's nice, but not very original and expensive too, it kind of makes me think 'oh, that old chestnut' - I'd rather have something more thoughtful.
Reply:Valentines day - load of tosh. it's just another way of people trying to get you to spend extra money on things.
A bunch of roses on Valentines will cost you twice as much as the same bunch of roses when it's not Valentines.
Save your cash get her something either before or after.
Reply:its nice, but a rip off.
the same bunch of flowers any other day doesnt cost anywhere near the same amount
Reply:Write her a poem!
Reply:no its lovely! makes a girl feel special, every girl likes flowers.
Reply:Better have them delivered to her work so all her coworkers can see. They will be so envious, and that will make her day.
Reply:Yes it is romantic, but sooooo expensive, the florists deliberately put the prices up at Valentines.
Not embarrassing at all, as an alternative, how about taking your young lady out for a meal, to a favourite restaurant, but id book up now, then get booked up very quickly.
If your girlfriend finds the flowers embarrassing, id gladly accept them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:Yeah, it's okay but delivering the flowers is a pretty common technique. Think of something to get her off her feet or something... like spreading petals for her to follow and finally present her with the flowers or something... It's better if you give her the flowers personally, girls like it that way ^^
Reply:No, it's a great idea, she will love that, Good luck.
