My friend's birthday is tomorrow. I am wondering if I should get her a present. We have three mutual friends who've had birthdays in the last 2 weeks, and I've gotten those three girls presents. (pajamas, bathrobe, etc)



But those three girls had parties or dinners where I would give them a present. As far as I know she's not doing anything. At the same time, I have a crush on her. And it's only recently that we've begin to hang out...I don't want her to think I don't care...but also I don't want her to think I am going too out of my way for her.



I was thinking getting some flowers delivered....what do you think?

Reply:yeah. i like the flowers idea. that way she'll know that you care enough about her to get her a present, even if she isn't doing anything for her b-day. if you didn't get her anything she might think that, since you guys have jut started hanging out, you don't care enough about you guys's friendship for it to exceed to something more. so, anyways, flowers would be a very sweet present. it hints that you like her, but not so much to get her creeped out. and anyway, they are pretty. Reply:yea get her somethin thats way hot when a guy friend just gives a girl something in school but i wouldnt do flowers i think thats kinda played out maybe do a cute little bracelet that doesnt cost much and is super cute that she can wear it everyday that way she can wear it and think of you
Reply:I think flowers would be a great thing. If you don't want to go overboard, forget roses and get something fun like daises or sunflowers. That way it shows you care but won't scare her away with looking like you tried "too" hard.
Reply:A movie or CD would do great not the expensive ones to start with and if it's a movie she might invite you to watch it with you.
Reply:definitley or maybe balloons and a card. maybe bring her dinner or some type of an event to be at night with her, who knows? maybe she'll want 'another' present from you when the dishes are all washed. =)
