What should I get her for her B-day?

Hi all,



My mom is a Tuarus (4/30/52)and she is turning 56, what should I get her for her b-day ( based on her sign of course). I don't have a huge budget so pls keep it simple... :) I already planned on getting flowers delivered to her job, but I need something else for like an actual gift.

Reply:Hi, I don't know about a personalized gift for a Taurus, per se, but I know sometimes the best gifts are the simplest but the most thoughtful.



Take a favorite picture of you and her and give it to her in a pretty frame. Or, make a homemade CD with songs about all the things that she is to you and how she's inspired you (some ideas: Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings", Tina Turner's "Simply the Best" or anything in her favorite music genre). Or make a date to go someplace the two of you haven't gone to in awhile, like a girls day out. I also like the suggestion of lunch with your Mom. I don't think you have to spend a lot of money, anything you do or get her is going to be special because she knows its from YOU and knows it's from your heart. And I'm sure she'll love the flowers--I know my Mom would definitely appreciate something like that! Good luck to you!

Reply:Try thinking of something that she always wanted something that is in your budget of course. Or just take her out for the night have some mother and daughter time.
Reply:Give her a gift certificate to a movie she'd like to see. Either that, or buy the tickets for the two of you, or buy the tickets for a whole group and all of you go see the movie together, or just you and her.
