its been 6 months and i want to have something delivered to her door so when she wakes up in the morning she walks out and is awwed im already doing flowers but what else? thanks oh and for this please no answers suggesting i do something creative that you made yourself, because i already have something like that for dinner that night but cmon suggestions please

A teddy bear or other stuffed animal that she likes, holding maybe a chocolate heart that says 'i love you'
Or, if she's on a diet or conscious about her weight--just covering bases here, not assuming anything!--have the bear/stuffed animal hold flowers.
Make sure she gets it but attaching a card with a 'From honeybuns [you] To sweety-pie [her]'

Reply:you ring the doorbell and run away and you set rose petals outside leading to your car and you take her to dinner at an expensive and romantic place and you stay over in a hotel. all a surprise though!
