Is this good enough for valentines day? Any suggestion welcome?

We been together for half a year, haven't said I love you yet and we are both college students in our early 20's.



She has work till 5 that day so I plan to have a florist company like 1800 flowers to deliver her roses (not red ones). Afterwards I would pick her up and take her to dinner at a restaurant she mentioned and wanted to try before. I was also thinking of buying some high heel shoes she liked as a present from Aldo.



What do you girls think? Is this good enough?

Think about this before you do it! If she works at a place where other women might be receiving RED roses throughout the work day, your plan may actually backfire and embarrass her!



Even if you both haven't reached the "I love you" point, and even if you are both comfortable with where you are in your relationship, you will be pointing it out to her coworkers in a public place where others will be celebrating the thrill of receiving a dozen RED roses as a symbol of love. I don't think that it would be wise to do something that would PUBLICLY raise comparisons of rose COLOR on this special day.



Also, all of the men and women that I have talked to believe that "shoes" would be a very awkward gift to present.

You might want to choose a small "cherub" or other collectible statue or vase with a single rose, or a small stuffed animal with a box of chocolates...and definitely include the wonderful invitation to the special dinner!!

And don't ever be in doubt, because the gift is supposed to be from the heart, and she should just be happy to be with you, because if you were mean, she wouldn't get anything, and then there would be a prob. but AWWWWWWW she's going to love it!!!
